Ceremony Requirements

The couple must obtain a License from the Circuit Court prior to the wedding ceremony.
​

For a marriage to be considered legal, both individuals must agree that they are entering into a legally binding agreement. Therefore, marriage certificates/licenses will not be notarized without a minimal ceremony that meets this requirement.

Simple Secular Ceremony (Up to 30 minutes duration)

Notarization and Filing of Marriage License
This package can only be selected if you are getting married Mon - Thursday. | Be on time. The Notary will arrive early and the ceremony will start on time.
