Certified Copy

In Florida, notaries are authorized to supervise the copying of certain documents and attest to their trueness. We make it easy and convenient to get a certified copy of your document: 
​
  • 1 .  Have the original document in your possession.

  • 2 .  Make sure it is one of the documents listed below that can be copied. it cannot be a public record.

  • 3 .  Your notary will come directly to you and supervise the making of a photocopy. They will provide a Notarial Certificate to be attached to the document that attests to the trueness of the copy.

Your copy will be signed, stamped, and notarized as a certified copy!

Certified copies are $10 per document plus travel fee.

We will confirm, before your appointment, that you have a photocopier present for the notarization, or if you will need us to photocopy the document at the time of the appointment. An additional $5 per printing will be added to the service cost for any appointment requiring photocopying service.
